Looking for artisans, arts & crafts folks! Please, no promotional-only booths.

Setup will be two hours prior to the event, and take-down will be one hour after the event.

IMPORTANT: Vendors MUST be in place for the entire event from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

REGISTRATION: Fill out form at bottom of page OR you may mail the downloadable form with your payment to: Ghent Neighborhood Association, PO Box 72, New Bern, NC 28563 (check payable to Ghent Neighborhood Association).

Please note: This is a fun-only, no politics, no religion, family-friendly event. New Bern Mardi Gras reserves the right to reject, restrict, or remove any vendor.

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: Vendor locations will be given the day of the event, and Mardi Gras committee determines booth placement. If you need electricity for your booth you must request this in advance – availability is limited and, therefore, first-come, first-served. The New Bern Mardi Gras committee reserves the right to modify space assignments as needed. Vendors should not be late for setup.

All spaces will be accessible by vehicle for setup. You may begin setting up at 8 a.m. on Saturday, February 26, and must have your vehicle moved to designated parking by 10:50 a.m.

Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, displays, and supplies.

VENDOR PARKING: Vendors are to set up and then move vehicles from Spencer Avenue to designated parking in the Temple Church parking lot – enter the Temple Church parking lot from Fifth Street; parking lot is on left.

CLEANUP: Vendors are to leave nothing behind once packed up and departed – including trash, equipment, broken items, and so forth.

DAMAGES: Vendors will be assessed any appropriate charges in the event of damage, vandalism, or litter.

TAXES: All vendors are individually responsible for collecting and reporting state and local sales taxes.

WEATHER: This is an all-weather event, and there is no rain date. The New Bern Mardi Gras committee will address serious weather concerns, if any, and will communicate any cancellation promptly.
